YOUR ROLE
- Participate in preparing concept papers, term sheets, circulars, presentations and other relevant documents for corporate transactions
- Conduct financial analysis, develop financial models, prepare concept papers & necessary presentation decks.
- Monitor and manage the performance of portfolio companies
- Assist in financial planning and fund raising efforts
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Accounting or equivalent qualifications
- Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CPA or CFA will be an advantage
- 0 - 3 year professional working experience
- Strong communication and writing skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to adapt and perform in a dynamic and fast pace environment.
- Detail oriented
