Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales targets for projects, expos and fairs while supporting financial performance and budget management
- Assist in curating events with new themes and collaborating with partners and clients
- Research, contact, negotiate and close deals, advising clients on event options and offerings
- Manage events from proposal to execution, including planning, sales and cost analysis
- Support efforts to identify prospective sponsors and partners to boost profit margins
- Maintain and develop strong relationships with clients and partners
- Manage marketing plans, from traditional to digital, for event promotion (e.g., social media, Google Adwords, programmatic ads)
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Event Management, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Marketing or related fields.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, public relations, event management, corporate sponsorship or media-related industries.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office for presentations, report creation and data analysis
- Strong internal communication and vendor management skills
- Exceptional planning and organizational abilities, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively
