The Senior e-Commerce Manager at YoloFoods is tasked with overseeing the company’s eCommerce platform and driving online growth through strategic management of digital channels, optimizing customer experience, and enhancing sales. As a key player in the digital marketing and sales operations, this role requires a data-driven approach to performance, ensuring that YoloFoods remains competitive and efficient in the digital space. The role reports directly to the Chief Marketing Officer.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Campaign, Website Management, & Optimization:

  • Oversee daily operations of the website, ensuring optimal functionality, seamless user experience, and high conversion rates.
  • Continuously improve site layout, speed, and ensure mobile optimization, impacting sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that align with brand strategy and business objectives.
  • Develop & manage voucher codes, seasonal campaigns, and promotions to drive sales growth.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to design engaging promotional strategies that align with the brand’s overall objectives.

Digital Marketing, Performance Tracking & Reporting:

  • Lead digital marketing strategies across Meta/Google Ads, driving traffic, conversions, and improving ROAS.
  • Plan and execute all communications and media actions across all channels, including online, social media, and influencer marketing. Support the development and messaging of the brand narrative.
  • Analyze key performance metrics including Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Average Order Value (AOV), Gross Merchandise Value (GMV), and customer retention, providing detailed weekly reports.
  • Track and report on digital marketing performance metrics, including customer traffic, conversion rates, customer lifetime value (LTV), and overall sales performance.
  • Use website heat maps, analytics tools, and CRM data to optimize customer journey flows and user retention.
  • Oversee eCommerce sales dashboards, and lead making adjustments to campaigns based on real-time data insights.
  • Oversee the budget for advertising and promotional items, ensuring cost-effective strategies.
  • Conduct competitor and customer insights analysis to inform strategic decisions.

Affiliate Marketing:

  • Lead and manage YoloFoods' affiliate marketing program, identifying key partners to drive revenue and brand awareness.
  • Build strong relationships with affiliate and partner networks, ensuring clear communication and maximizing performance.

Team & Vendor Management:

  • Lead to ensure smooth execution of campaigns and eCommerce strategies.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and agencies, including creative designers, to ensure all marketing deliverables are aligned with YoloFoods’ brand identity.
  • Liaise with external development teams to execute the tech roadmap, managing updates, features, and any required fixes to enhance the customer experience.

CRM & Retention:

  • Manage the CRM tools to ensure personalized customer journeys and communications, driving retention and long-term customer loyalty.
  • Develop strategies to enhance customer retention, ensuring a smooth customer lifecycle experience from acquisition to repeat purchases.

REQUIREMENT:

  • Expertise in Shopify; experience with Magento is highly desired.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and digital marketing platforms.
  • Experience in managing tech roadmaps, marketing metrics, and KPI analysis.
  • Preferred experience in affiliate marketing and partnership management.
  • Ability to lead internal teams and collaborate with external vendors.

QUALIFICATION:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. MBA preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
  • Experience managing multi-channel digital marketing strategies and a proven track record of driving online growth.
  • Strong analytical skills, able to identify and capitalize on opportunities for business growth.
