  • Responsible for the mechanical engineering coordinator & preparation of drawings and technical documentation required for the execution of a project including pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, semiconductor, chemical & petrol-chemical and other Industrial processing area including but not limited to:
    • Review and analysis of regulatory requirement.
    • Basis of Design / General Mechanical Drawings.
    • Utility Equipment Arrangement / Calculations & Technical specifications.
    • HVAC duct & piping, Plumbing & Utilities drawings.
    • Review and Developing the Detailed Mechanical Engineering.
    • Bill of Materials Take off.
    • Coordination and management of process equipment vendors.
    • Technical clarification with vendor and/or sub -constructor.
    • Review shop drawings and execute TBE of vendor or sub-contractor.
  • Ensuring design work interfaces well with that of other disciplines.
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant engineering standards and procedures.
  • Coordinate, oversee and supervise the Site Construction Work and liaison with site general contractor.
  • Responsible for all Mechanical engineering activities for the Basic Design and Detailed Design for an Advanced Manufacturing Facility.
  • Responsible in making sure of the technical & quality compliance of all mechanical documents and drawings.
  • Responsible to coordinate efforts with the other disciplines, Client, and third parties involved in the project.
  • For Mechanical discipline, review engineering deliverables and does checks of drawings, requisitions, and specifications for agreement with the project standards and specifications and for technical safety, operability, and maintainability.
  • Prepares DCNs and manages all changes within Mechanical discipline.
  • Responsible for applying standards, procedures and other methods as required to maintain and enforce the required levels of technical quality.
