This role is for a Manager in the Utilities Industry team within Accenture Strategy & Consulting’s Global Network (GN) practice. Key Responsibilities:
Drive Business Workshops, Blueprint Sessions, develop BBPs/BBDs FS, test scenarios, conduct trainings, FUT and provide defect management support.
Design core / customized business process solutions as per best business practices for ISU
Communicate complex requirements to and from Technical and Non-technical stakeholders
Own the delivery process end-to-end from origin to implementation & support.
Role Description:
Minimum Experience of 10 years in SAP ISU Billing with experience in end-to-end implementations
Should understand de-regulated and regulated market environment and related tariff scenarios, meter to cash process, IS-U billing & Invoicing, RTP billing.
Should possess SAP knowledge for preparation of business blueprints, business process plan (BPP), functional documents, and test cases etc.
Good understanding of Functionality of Billing such as Tariff Design (Billing Schemas, Rate determination, Rate)
Understanding of the meter reads process and meter read estimation process.
Should be able to have good understanding of SAP Gaps with respect to client processes and should be able to work out a system design to fulfill client’s requirements.
Understanding of processes like mass price change, unbilled revenue, product and pricing for new product creation.
Understanding of the AMI offerings of SAP ISU and smart metering processes.
Understands configuration dependencies and inter-relationships between other modules of SAP such as Device Management, CS/CRM, FICA and design
Defines test scenarios to cover full scope of the business as well as creating master data and carry out the unit, cycle and integration tests
Domain experience in electricity, gas or water utilities industries will be added advantage
Experience in FICA processes such as:
Credit and Collections, Incoming payments, Returns Process, Outgoing Payments, write off, Collection Agencies, Security Deposit, Payment Plans (installment plans, promise to pay and budget billing plan), Escheatment Process, Clearing Rules
3rd party integrations, archiving, batch jobs
Candidate should have good communication skills (business communication skills). Strong communication skills, demonstrating skills in sharing and explaining complex concepts, creative and pro-active thinking, and situational adaptation of these skills
