  • Support the quality checking of traded devices, clearly indicate any issues, record shrinkage for monthly feedback to stores, and address charges exceeding acceptable limits.
  • Prepare reports on device trade-in volume, assist with after-quality check reports, and coordinate with courier partners for placing orders and scheduling collections of trade-in devices from partner stores.
  • Additionally, validate bills and charges received from buyback partner stores and courier vendors, ensuring payment accuracy.
  • Safeguard the buyback warehouse from unauthorized access to prevent device loss.
  • Work flexibly during mall operating hours, regular business hours, or as required, and provide requested pricing received from the sales team while protecting the company against any fraud related to device assessments.
  • Monitor pricing trends by regularly coordinating with external buyers, sellers, and other markets.
  • Support the creation of the pricing matrix.
  • Perform other buyback-related tasks as assigned from time to time.

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess a background in repair and technical skills on handheld devices.
  • Be able to assess the acceptability of a trade-in device requested by the sales team and other distribution channels while considering the company's profit interests.
  • Be able to handle multiple tasks assigned while ensuring quality of work output.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and creative problem solver.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills, with strong presentation skills.
  • Computer literacy and excellent skills in office applications such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint
