  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Patient Coordinator at Sunway Cancer Centre, Sunway Medical Centre in Petaling Jaya. The Patient Coordinator will be responsible for handling phone inquiries, scheduling appointments, and using medical terminology to communicate effectively with patients and healthcare professionals. Become a liaison between patients and our clinical team.

Qualifications

  • Phone Etiquette, Communication, and Receptionist Duties skills
  • Experience in Appointment Scheduling and using Medical Terminology
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in a healthcare setting is a plus
