- To meet and collect relevant credit and financial documents from applications, to ensure genuine customers, confirm their eligibility for the loan facility applied to pass on to credit processing.
- To ensure credit applicant are genuine and proper verification of original income/financial information provided are observed as a measure to ensure data accuracy and curb Non-performing loans.
- To market all products relevant to and supporting of sales like motor insurance, HP life, GAP and Flex Assure etc. to meet personal targets set for the year.
- To maintain close rapport with customers, dealers, lawyers, auditors, service agents etc for continuous support.
- To report problems immediately and try to provide the best solution possible.
- To comply to company policies and guidelines and timely accurate submission of reports to Head Office, regional office.
- To be a role model and adhere to Company's direction on the proper conduct and courtesies.
- To work towards achieving zero complaints from customers and dealers.
- To comply with the Anti-Money Laundering procedures and to report any significant and/or suspicious transactions to branch manager immediately.
- To be familiar and proficient in assigned role under Operational Risk Framework and BCP role at the branch
- Carry out any other tasks as and when assigned by management.
