Your Opportunity:

We are looking for a dynamic Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead technical recruitment efforts across multiple markets in the North Pacific and Southeast Asia (NPACSEA) region and globally for our Technology, IT, and Planning & Engineering departments. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional sourcing skills, strong stakeholder management abilities, and in-depth knowledge of technical recruitment. You will work closely with hiring managers to develop and execute effective sourcing strategies, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and delivering an outstanding candidate experience

Further, your responsibilities include:

  • Take ownership of end-to-end recruitment for Technology roles, including Digital & IT Security, Data Science & Analytic, Back-End Engineering, and Leadership roles.
  • Act as a subject matter expert in technology talent acquisition, providing market insights and shaping recruitment strategies for FedEx in the region
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify technical hiring needs, develop job descriptions, and execute recruitment strategies.
  • Proactively source high-quality candidates using multiple channels, including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking.
  • Implement recruitment best practices to ensure a positive candidate and hiring manager experience, aligned with DE&I principles.
  • Partner closely with Global Talent Center of Excellence (COE), Functional Department and local HRBP/People Operations team to support technology-focused HR initiatives.
  • Screen candidates to assess both technical skills and team chemistry to ensure the best cultural and technical fit.
  • Use data-driven insights to inform recruitment strategies and drive technology talent acquisition initiatives.
  • Serve as an ambassador of the brand to promote employer branding initiatives and become an employer of choice within the tech space.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or at least 3+ years of experience in technical recruitment.
  • 3+ years of experience in end-to-end technical recruitment, including sourcing for Digital & IT Security, Data Science, and Leadership roles in Engineering.
  • Experience in regional recruitment, particularly in niche and technical hiring.
  • Familiarity with recruitment tools and technologies, including ATS systems (Workday, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.).
  • Strong expertise in Boolean searches, job board sourcing, and leveraging social media platforms for recruitment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to work autonomously in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
  • Ability to build consultative relationships with stakeholders and work independently to deliver on recruitment needs.
  • Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
