What would you do?

• Assist with data & process mapping for Performance & Rewards (P&R).
• Assist and also leading some of the small projects such as, files re-org, cross pillars process mapping, employee lifecycle touch points review + improvement policies/OSOPM review and updates.
• Support overall P&R team activities as deemed fit and required.

Who should join us?

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, International Business or equivalent.
• Able to start by October 2024 with minimum 4 months internship period.
• Passionate with data, process and project management.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation tools.
• Creative and proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
