General Operative Duties In This Instance Could Include
- To lead the Operation Team and maintain harmonious working relationships.
- To plan & schedule labour, material, and equipment efficiently to meet delivery date.
- To record all required data on product manufacturing, inspection, and equipment condition.
- Ensuring production downtime is kept to a minimum.
- Ensure implementation of safe working standards, procedures, and other applicable requirement in the project’s monitoring and supervision of filed piping activities carried out by the subcontractors.
- Monitoring the product quality to meet Quality standard and Project requirement.
- Organize on job training for the production team.
- Maintaining communication between employees and other departments to ensure procedures and policies are well-understood.
- Assisting in the recruitment and onboarding of new hires.
- Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements.
- A Diploma in Mechanical Engineering in any relevant discipline or equivalent experience.
- 10 years of experience in a GRE Pipe installation be an added advantage.
- Basics of relevant technologies and supervisory skills.
- Good communication and writing skill.
- Problem-solving skills and strong work ethic.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Basic knowledge in MS Office.
