Team Leadership and Collaboration:
• Lead and mentor a team of digital marketers to achieve departmental objectives.
• Mentor individuals on core marketing principles, practical digital tools, and website development essentials.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture that encourages creativity, learning, and growth.
• Collaborate with internal department, including marketing, creative, and other departments, to integrate digital initiatives seamlessly into overall organizational strategies.
Digital Marketing Strategy:
• Lead the development of comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Implement SEO best practices to improve organic search visibility, keyword rankings, and website traffic.
• Plan and oversee digital marketing campaigns across various channels, such as email, social media, search engine marketing (SEM), and digital advertising.
• Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed to maximize effectiveness and ROI.
• Utilize Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Meta Business Suite, and Google AdWords for performance tracking and optimization, leveraging insights to refine strategies and tactics.
Web Engineering:
• Lead, develop and maintain company websites, ensuring functionality, performance, and user experience meet industry standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment between web development initiatives and overall digital strategy.
• Conduct regular code reviews and quality assurance testing to identify and address bugs, security vulnerabilities, and performance issues.
• Manage cloud server, hosting configurations, and DNS settings to ensure website uptime and security.
• Employ SEO best practices and tools such as Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Google Search Console to optimize website performance and visibility.
• Stay updated on emerging web technologies and best practices to drive continuous improvement in web development processes and outcomes.
Digital Media Optimization:
• Oversee the optimization of digital media platforms, including social media channels, video platforms, and other relevant channels, to maximize reach and engagement.
• Monitor digital media performance metrics and optimize strategies to improve engagement and reach.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success of digital media, digital marketing, and web development efforts.
• Regularly monitor and analyze performance data to assess the effectiveness of strategies and campaigns.
• Prepare and present reports on digital performance, insights, and recommendations to top management.
Minimum Requirements for this position in terms & conditions:
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, digital media, computer science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in digital media management, digital marketing, web development, and server management roles, with a proven track record of leadership and results.
• Strategic thinker with deep understanding of digital media platforms, social media trends, and digital marketing best practices.
• Strong project management skills, with experience managing complex digital projects from inception to completion.
• Expertise in web development technologies, content management systems (CMS), web analytics and cyber security tools.
• Proficiency in UI/UX design principles and tools such as Figma and Adobe.
• Advanced knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, SQL, and React for full-stack development.
• Experience with WordPress, Elementor, WooCommerce and plugin development for landing page creation and design.
• Familiarity with server maintenance, hosting, and DNS management.
• Experience with SEO tools, social media analytics, and digital advertising platforms.
• Ability to manage digital marketing campaigns effectively and measure their impact on business goals.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and project management skills.
