We are looking for a dedicated recruiter to join our HR team in identifying hiring needs and filling job openings for our client's family office.
Area of Responsibilities:
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
- Collaborate with Family Office Advisor to compile a consistent list of requirements.
- Attract suitable candidates through databases, online employment forums, social media, etc.
- Conduct interviews and sort through applicants to fill open positions.
- Assess applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions.
- Completing paperwork for new hires.
- Promote the company's reputation and attractiveness as a good employment opportunity.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or staffing agency recruiter)
- Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress etc.)
- Hands on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference check etc.)
- Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work with minimum supervision
