  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.

Summary:

To perform tasks involving the Building Control System for Mechanical Systems

Responsibilities

  1. Monitor the building's automation, fire prevention and elevator systems 24 hours a day and be prepared for any emergencies from within the building control room
  2. Monitor building automation systems including lighting, air conditioning and others.
  3. Monitor the building's elevator system and be prepared for any emergencies.
  4. Monitor the fire prevention system and be prepared for any emergency.
  5. Inform the Engineer / Assistant Engineer / Mechanical Supervisor of any emergencies.
  6. Analyze the current building conditions, and make recommendations that maximize effectiveness of the team
  7. Back up Supervisors and act as person-in-charge during facilities related incidents and directs staffing streamline response and restoration.

Qualifications

  1. Mechanical Technical Skills.
  2. Knowledge in the Field of Mechanical Engineering.
  3. Strong understanding of day-to-day operations of facilities maintenance service providers
  4. Strong computer competency with the ability to quickly become proficient in new software packages.

Experiences:

Minimum 3 years working experience in facilities maintenance & BCS environment.
