  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.

  5. Click JavaScript.

Responsibilities:

  • To lead and follow up on overall progress of OEM & REM project development.
  • Handle & lead OEM improvement activity and to ensure action conducted is effective.
  • To be a window person in communicating & review with internal (other departments) and external (customer) when comes to product related matter. It is to ensure both customer and company's interest are equally valued.
  • Ensure technical standard & requirement from customer is met.
  • Manage OEM & REM project documentation to ensure customer audit requirement or external auditor based on ISO 9001, 14001 & IATF 16949 is met.
  • To be a PIC at transition stage from development to mass production stage and ensure all related issue being settled timely.
  • To initiate or to carry out improvement activity (such as product quality, VAVE, cost reduction or work flow efficiency) for company or departmental interest.
  • To be a PIC for customer visit on product GEMBA.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
  • To study product trending, new feature, new functionality, and new product offering.
  • Regular trend report to Management and colleagues.
  • To explore various market offering (local and especially China) for introducing in the company in terms of new product, material, machinery, and processes.
  • To work with all related parties for input, in developing new product.
  • To plan, organize and coordinate with related parties to launch new product.
  • To test and validate new product complying to national and international standard, where applicable.
  • To study customer feedback & complaint and take necessary countermeasure.
  • To measure, monitor and achieve related company / department / own KPls.
  • To execute specific task assigned by superior, from time to time.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical or related field
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in product development, preferably in OEM & REM project handling.
  • Proficient in written and spoken English, Bahasa Malaysia & Chinese
  • Strong understanding of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and IATF 16949 standards, with experience in meeting audit requirements.
  • Awareness of global market trends, especially in China, with the ability to explore new materials, machinery, and technologies to introduce in the company.
  • Specializing in Industrial design, AutoCad or Adobe Photoshop
  • Proficien in Microsoft Excel
