  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.

  5. Click JavaScript.

We are currently looking for Service desk Agent (Korean Speaker). This is an exciting opportunity to expand your skill set, achieve job satisfaction and work-life balance. More details as below.

Scope of Work

  • Answer phone calls, Chats, and emails from end users with technical issues.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
  • Escalate issues to the appropriate level of support as needed.
  • Document all customer interactions in the ticketing system.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Keep up to date on new IT products and services.
  • Collaborate with other members of the IT team to resolve complex issues.

Requirements

  • Degree in IT or related field.
  • Fluent in English & Korean (TOPIK Level 5 or 6)
  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or technical support role.
  • Fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Technical aptitude.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Preferable with ITIL foundation certification - Added Advantages
