DOO you have what it takes?

What you’ll be working on:

  • Supervise Client Management Department, and work closely with the Operations Manager to oversee daily business operations.
  • Provide all-around administrative support to the Operations Department.
  • Provide advisory support and assistance to Business partners related to customer onboarding and data maintenance.
  • Work closely with Business to contribute positively to the documentation, not limited to account opening, maintenance, KYC, etc.
  • Lead the team to perform day-to-day management of the account opening and maintenance processing, including daily management of in-process, pending, and service-related activities.
  • Understand new customer requirements and ensure adequate support for new customer requirements and initiatives.
  • Conduct periodic performance reviews of the department, identify gaps in processes, and appropriate remediation to eliminate operational risks.
  • Responsible for CRM account setting operations.
  • Liase with the system vendor on the CRM system enhancement and bug issues.

What we’re looking for:

  • At least Degree in Finance/Banking, Business Administration, or any other related majors are preferred.
  • Minimum 3-4 years of relevant working experience in Stockbroking/ Securities Operations, Investment Banking, or Funds Services Operations are preferred.
  • Customer-oriented, attentive to details, compliance and control-oriented, diligent, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
  • Ability to conduct simulation and troubleshoot the reported cases.
  • Experience in supporting clients’ inquiries and technical problems in financial services is an added advantage.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Good command in both English and Mandarin is a MUST as you will deal with CN counterparts.
  • Willing to work flexibly and shift arrangement, including night shift.
