Essential Competencies and Experiences :
· 1 + years experience processing invoices, purchase orders and contract file management
· An eye for detail
· A desire to maintain accurate cost records
· Demonstrated ability to establish, priorities and schedule tasks
· Ability to perform data entry and update documents to a high level of accuracy
· Proficiency in using software applications such as MS Office (Word and Excel)
· A willingness to learn
· Comfortable proposing improvements to processes

· Previous experience in utilizing the Atlassian suite
