- Payment Handling: Process payments through cash, credit/debit cards, e-wallets, and issue receipts and change.
- Service Delivery: Serve food and beverages according to the course of the order and ensure guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience.
- Customer Assistance: Address guest queries and provide excellent customer service.
- Cleanliness & Hygiene: Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, cashier counter, and work areas. Follow hygiene and sanitation protocols.

- Relevant Experience: Prior work experience in a similar role is advantageous, but not required.
