Job Responsibilities

  • To manage and ensure line of control points, checking the level points, retesting work and other technical work.
  • Familiar with relevant design drawings, reviews relevant data a and solving problems with effective.
  • Timely understand the latest measurement specifications and technical standards.
  • Familiar with land surveying, acts and regulations.
  • Ensure all survey data are properly filed and documented for easy reference.
  • Prepare as-built drawings upon completion of works, record survey related data, construction setting out, levelling, etc., if required.
  • Ensure all survey equipment issued are in kept good working condition, safely stored, maintained and calibrated.
  • Assist quantity surveyor in measurement exercises at site
  • To undertake all joint survey with clients, consultants and sub-contractors.
  • Monitor and co-ordinate with sub-contractors on survey related matter to ensure accuracy and correctness.
  • Perform any task assigned by superior.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Land Surveying or related field.
  • Minimum 2 - 3 years working experiences.
  • Experience with Civil Engineering or infrastructure survey is preferable.
  • Any training received in the relevant field is an advantage.
  • Able to operate major brands of survey equipment.
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Able to work independently or self-starter. Be punctual and dependable. Arrive at work before designated start time.
  • Confident and Independent. Strong commitment, responsible and self-motivated.
  • Good knowledge of Technical Skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure to tight timescales, multi-tasking and have a good positive attitude. Able to work in minimal supervision.
