Responsibilities

Your responsibilities may be within or across several of the below areas, depending on your experience and exact position;

Accounts Receivables

  • Generate invoices promptly.
  • Process payments and reconcile accounts.
  • Monitor and follow up on overdue payments.
  • Assess and manage customer credit risk.
  • Reconcile accounts receivable with the general ledger.
  • Analyze receivable reports for insights.
  • Communicate effectively with customers.

Account Payables

  • Process vendor invoices accurately and promptly.
  • Manage payment disbursements efficiently.
  • Monitor and manage vendor relationships.
  • Reconcile accounts payable with general ledger records.
  • Analyze payables reports for insights and trends.
  • Communicate effectively with vendors and internal stakeholders.
  • Improve processes and implement automation in payables operations.

Analysis & Internal controls

  • Liaising with stakeholders throughout the company to provide analytical data to support decision making
  • Ensure compliance with regulations of the company.

Automation

  • Analyze existing processes and execute process improvements
  • Automate tasks by bringing digitizing tasks onto the company’s system

Guidance and leadership

  • Training and managing interns

Qualifications needed

A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience as per job description (Fresh grads are open to apply)

Good working attitude and professional work ethics.

Skilled in Google Sheets, Excel, etc is an advantage

Good problem solving skills.

RM2500- RM3200 (Full Time, Permanent)

Basic pay with other benefits

Working days

Mon- Sat : Weekly rotational shift (Shift A- 5.30am-2.30pm , Shift B- 12pm-9pm )

Alternate Saturday : 9am-6pm
