What You'll Do
As a Senior Accounts Executive, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the financial health of the organisation. Your primary responsibility will be to prepare monthly schedules for all balance sheet items including prepayments, accruals, term loans, HP interest, deposits, ROU, ECL & PPE schedule. You will also supervise subordinates on double entry and maintain daily support. Additionally, you will liaise with auditors, tax agents and bankers while updating monthly project status and payments. This role requires meticulous attention to detail as you will be verifying half-monthly labour and subcontractor claims.

- Check accounting classification, bills and invoices for completeness and accuracy

- Assign expenses to appropriate cost centres
- Verify half-monthly labour and subcontractor claims
- Prepare monthly, annual and other periodic financial statements and reports
- Liaise with auditors, tax agents and bankers
