Provided support such as troubleshooting on the website and apps
Respond and resolve technical issue related on the website and apps in timely and efficient manner
Monitor and maintain the systems to ensure optimal performance and uptime.
Provide support to existing applications and assist in implement updates and improvement
Software developers research, analyze and evaluate requirements for existing or new software applications and operating systems, and design, develop, test and maintain software solutions to meet these requirements.
Researching, analyzing and evaluating requirements for software applications and operating systems;
Researching, designing and developing computer software systems;
Developing and directing software testing and validation procedures;
Modifying existing software to correct errors, to adapt IT to new hardware or to upgrade interfaces and improve performance;
Directing software programming and development of documentation;
Ad-hoc task may be assigned by team leaders from time to time if required

Candidate must prossess at least a Professional Certificate, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Degree, Advanced Degree.
Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, optionally Mandarin.
Positive attitude, passionate on collaborative teamwork, excel at interpersonal skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
