  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as an IT Business Analyst in WP. Kuala Lumpur. As an IT Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, collaborating with stakeholders, and translating business needs into IT solutions. Your role will involve identifying opportunities for process improvements, conducting workshops, and supporting project implementations to drive business success.

Key Skills / Knowledge and Behaviors

1. Minimum 4 years of working experience as Business Analyst or System Consultant.

2. Good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodology.

3. Good analytical/problem solving skills which able to understand the business process, paint points and propose solution.

4. Familiar with System Documentation such as Business Requirement Document (BRD), Functional Specification Document (FSD), Test Script/Plan, Data dictionary, ERD, Flowchart etc.

  • 5. Knowledge and experience in conducting user acceptance testing.
