  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Descriptions:

  • Execute plans/activities to meet the Department's KPIs set on Delinquency Ratio (DR), Write off Preventive, Impaired Loan (IL) management and Bad Debt Recovered.
  • Adhere and execute legal strategies to achieve the department's budget and target.
  • Responsible to expedite the civil proceeding to reduce the IL ratio and boost up BDR
  • Participate in implementing all cost saving initiatives within the department
  • Responsible to reduce ECL for all IL, PWO, WO accounts by meeting the department budget
  • Responsible to reduce IL delinquency rate and recovery amount.
  • Work closely with solicitor.
  • Attend any request from customer pertaining to civil proceeding.
  • To run the daily operation management for civil team
  • To support recovery and collection process via civil proceeding by monitoring the business partner's performance.
  • To ensure turnaround time to file civil proceeding are met
  • Ensure immediate withdrawal of legal action in the event of settlement / declassification / regularisation of the account / upon receipt instruction from Calling UM
  • Ensure satisfactory rating on all audit reviews.
  • To assist, support system enhancement which may involve UAT testing and/ or perform any ad-hoc task / assignment given by Management.
  • Ensure compliance in place, at the same time ensure achieved satisfactory audit rating.
  • Ensure compliance with bank internal policy at all times.
  • Ensure compliance of internal policy & procedures, Bank Negara guidelines and regulation, i.e. FSA/IFSA 2013, Fair Debts Collections and etc.
  • Ensure perform annual review for the all business partners to ensure all business partner comply with bank's requirement

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma/ Degree in Banking and Finance or related fields or SPM/ STPM with minimum 3-5 years working experience in related field.
  • Candidate with collections / litigation experience in banking line would be an added advantage.
  • Able to work under pressure.
