A rapidly growing MNC manufacturing in Kulim is looking for a FP&A Manager to be part of their team. You will be a key part of helping the business to oversee overall P&L management for the Kulim site.

- Responsible for monthly, quarterly, and annual budgeting and forecasting.
- Manage site and customer-level financial management, including in-depth analysis.
- Own customer P&Ls and financial profitability, leading monthly site and customer-level P&L reviews with business and operations teams, and providing strategic and tactical direction.
- Act as a finance business partner with business and operations to drive cost productivity improvement and profitable growth.
- Oversee cost productivity project reviews and savings validation, guiding operations teams on project focus and identification.
- Conduct quotation and repricing reviews, financial modeling, and scenario simulations.
- Manage timely and efficient month, quarter, and year-end closing, costing, and reporting while driving process improvements.
- Handle critical accounting processes, including inventory management, costing, IFRS 15 revenue recognition, warranty, and other accounting standards.
- Perform monthly critical balance sheet reconciliations and reviews.
- Track and manage costs weekly.
- Coordinate proactively with corporate and regional FP&A to ensure data transparency.
- Drive innovation, process simplification, and automation.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and development to team members.
- Handle other ad hoc projects and assignments.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or a professional qualification such as ACCA/CPA, with over 6 years of relevant experience, including 3 years in a managerial role.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment and handling inventory is essential.
- Must have experience working in a multinational company (MNC).
- Proficient in integrated business applications such as SAP.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of financial forecasting, costing, and managerial accounting.
- Broad knowledge of electronic manufacturing environments and processes is advantageous but not required.
- MIA membership or CPA certification is a plus.
