- Ensure accuracy, productivity, adhering to deadlines in daily activities according to SLA.

- Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English (speak, write and read)
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Word) and Computerized Reservation Systems.
