Position Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Data Analyst to join our Operation IT team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis and a proven track record of managing daily operation data. The Data Analyst will be responsible for collecting, processing, and analyzing data to help drive informed business decisions and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Data Collection and Management:

- Collect, process, and manage large datasets from various sources, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.

- Develop and maintain databases and data systems necessary for projects and departmental functions.

- Clean and prepare data for analysis, including handling missing data and removing outliers.

2. Data Analysis:

- Analyze operational data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can drive business decisions.

- Use statistical methods and software tools to interpret data and generate meaningful reports.

- Conduct regular analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable recommendations to improve operational efficiency.

3. Reporting and Visualization:

- Create comprehensive reports and data visualizations to present findings to stakeholders.

- Develop dashboards and automated reports to monitor ongoing operational performance.

- Communicate complex data insights in a clear and concise manner to non-technical stakeholders.

4. Operational Support:

- Collaborate with the Operations team to understand data requirements and provide analytical support for various projects.

- Monitor and evaluate operational processes to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions.

- Assist in the development and implementation of data-driven strategies to optimize daily operations.

5. Data Governance:

- Ensure compliance with data privacy and security policies.

- Maintain documentation of data processes, methodologies, and standards.

- Promote data governance best practices within the organization.

Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.

- Experience: Minimum of 1.5 - 3 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within an operations environment.

- Technical Skills:

- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, R, or similar.

- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.

- Strong understanding of statistical methods and data modeling.

- Soft Skills:

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Effective communication and presentation skills.

- Preferred Qualifications:

- Knowledge of database management systems.
