Job Description:
· To oversee and manage the operations, strategic planning, and business development of the Training Unit.
· Develop and implement training strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
· Identify and explore new training opportunities and partnerships.
· Lead and manage the training team, providing guidance, support, and professional development.
· Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners.
· Consult with the Head of Company to determine strategic goals for training programs.
· Collaborate with clients to manage and organize the delivery of customer training based on project needs and resource availability.
· Overseeing the implementation of training programs on site at client locations.
· Perform training needs analysis to facilitate the development of new training programs or modify and improve existing programs.
· Work collaboratively with business leads to ensure training programs and processes are aligned and relevant to critical business priorities.
· Prepare proposals, presentations, and reports for potential clients and partners.
· Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans for the Training Unit.
· Work with Marketing to develop, implement, and monitor a marketing plan to ensure that training opportunities are marketed effectively.
