- Prepare, verify and send invoices to clients (Debtors)
- Prepare report on all outstanding amount through system and provide analysis
- Maintain accurate records of debtors accounts, payment received and any communication
- Locate contact information, send reminders letters, and communicate company debtors
- Any others duties assigned by management
- STPM, or Diploma in Accounting or partial professional qualification
- Fresh graduated are welcome
- Able to communicate in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Understanding of Accounts Receivable functions
- Commitment to responsibilities with the ability to work under pressure
- Perform responsibilities with minimum supervision
- Well organizing personality
- Good interpersonal & communication skills
- EPF, Socso and EIS contribution
- 14 days Annual Leave per year
