1. Prepare accurate and high-quality drawings of Design Development, Development Order (D.O.), Building Plan, (BP), Tender and Construction Drawings using AutoCAD.

2. Implement & independently manage projects drawings and changes to support all phases of the project

3. Responsible for updates and accuracy in drawings & documentation, technical reports and assist in managing all aspects of design development & site implementation or changes and include in shop drawings/ construction drawings.

4. Work together with technical, project , and design team to understand design issues or errors & provide solutions in ensuring product meeting intended design objectives

Qualifications

  • Experience with FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment)

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field

    Experience preferring

    • Experience in commercial government and corporate project.
    • Experience in preparing drawings, technical drawing, details drawing, specification and familiar with product architecture and interior design.
    • Experience in fast track project.
    • Experience do site coordination with others item such as C&S and M&E works.
    • Experience in site management and subcon management.
    • Experience in material ordering.
    • Experience in handle project and commitment in delivery task on time.
    • Experience in meeting with consultant and client.
    • Building architects design commercial, industrial, institutional, residential and recreational buildings and plan and monitor their construction, maintenance and rehabilitation.\

      Task

      • Developing new or improved architectural theories and methods;
      • Inspecting sites and consulting clients, management and other stakeholders to determine type, style and size of proposed buildings and alterations to existing buildings;
      • Providing information regarding designs, materials and estimated building times;
      • Preparing project documentation, including sketches and scale drawings, and integrating structural, mechanical and aesthetic elements in final designs;
      • Writing specifications and contract documents for use by builders and calling tenders on behalf of clients;
      • Making necessary contacts to ensure feasibility of projects regarding style, cost, timing and compliance with regulations;
      • Identifying and finding best solutions for problems regarding function and quality of interior environments of buildings and making necessary designs, drawings and plans;
      • Monitoring construction or rehabilitation work to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards;
      • Maintaining technical liaison and consultancy with other relevant specialists.
      • Site Management and Site Coordination
      • Submission of material approval, selection of material, shop drawing, as built drawing, sample material n etc.
      • • Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, preferences, and requirements for interior spaces.• Develop design concepts, mood boards, and presentations that effectively communicate proposed designs.• Create detailed drawings, plans, and specifications using design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and 3DMax.• Select furniture, fixtures, finishes, and materials that align with the design concept, budget, and timeline.• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other professionals to ensure the seamless execution of design plans.• Conduct site visits to assess progress, address any issues, and ensure compliance with design specifications.• Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies to continuously enhance design capabilities.

  • Responsible to design, prepare design concept proposals, 3D drawing, sketch, Layout plan, detail drawing & on related to project while meeting deadline.
  • Sourcing for material price and prepare quotation.
  • To coordinate with suppliers and all relevant parties throughout the project
  • Manage timeline of the project & work arrangement & follow the said time-line.
  • Any other task as given by Management from time to time
  • At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Possess good presentation, communication & interpersonal skills, and handling client's expectations
  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, Architecture or equivalent.
  • Preferably executive level in Architecture/Interior Design or equivalent.
  • Detail oriented and able to do multi task, prefer candidate with self motivated attitude.
  • High standard of technical drawings and budget awareness for project cost.
