A leading Malaysian conglomerate is seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record in managing all aspects of human resources.

- HR Strategy: Developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
- Talent Acquisition: Leading the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of qualified candidates.
- Employee Relations: Building and maintaining strong relationships with employees and fostering a positive work environment.
- HR Policies and Procedures: Developing, implementing, and maintaining HR policies and procedures, such as employee handbooks, performance management systems, and compensation structures.
- Compliance: Ensuring compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
- HR Analytics: Analyzing HR data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a generalist HR role
- Strong understanding of Malaysian labor laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin) is essential to deal with Chinese-speaking stakeholders.
