Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Assist with daily administrative tasks, including data entry, document creation, and maintaining accurate records.
- Finance and Procurement: Support finance-related tasks, such as processing purchase orders, tracking orders with suppliers, and ensuring timely delivery of items.
- Purchase Orders: Aid in preparing and processing purchase orders for office supplies and departmental needs.
- Supplier Coordination: Monitor and follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and resolve any issues related to orders or deliveries.
- Documentation: Create and maintain documentation related to procurement processes, including purchase requests, order confirmations, and delivery receipts.
Qualifications:
- Education: SPM (Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia) or equivalent.
- Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in data entry and procurement processes. Basic financial understanding is a plus.
- Experience: Prior experience in an administrative or procurement role is advantageous but not required.
