Our client, the Leading Co-Living Solutions Company nestled in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia! Beyond mere accommodation, they curate an enriching experience where individuals from diverse backgrounds converge to create a vibrant community. As they embark on expanding within Malaysia's burgeoning co-living landscape, they are currently seeking a Assistant HR Manager to join their big family. As part of the company, you will work with their management and provide supports in the company's human resources operation.

Responsibilities:

  • Play a pivotal role in driving our HR Operations by actively involved in recruitment, overseeing payroll (not required to hands on in payroll processing), compensation & benefits, staff welfare, and training to align with company goals
  • Take charge of dynamic HR projects and initiatives, demonstrating agility in adapting to evolving business needs
  • Ensure meticulous adherence to Malaysian Labour Laws, keeping company's HR practices and policies up-to-date
  • Represents company to participate in HR events such as career fairs and other company events

Additional Information/ Requirement:

  • Possess at least 5 years of work experience in HR role
  • Possess bachelor's degree in Human Resource, Business, Human Capital or equivalent
  • Familiar with employment act of Malaysia
  • Strong organization skill with ability to prioritize tasks
  • Must be computer literate, familiar with Microsoft Office applications and email functionalities
  • Able to multitask and work under pressure
  • Proactive, independent and teamwork
