Role Description

We are seeking for a full-time Assistant Manager Human Resources role located at Culina Malaysia head office in Menara Hap Seng 1, Kuala Lumpur. The Assistant Manager Human Resources will be responsible for overseeing HR functions, including recruitment, learning & development, performance management, employee relations, and compliance. This on-site role involves implementing HR policies, procedures, and programs to support the organization's talent management, development and operations. This is an on-site position requiring a proactive approach to HR practices and effective collaboration with all levels of the organization.

Qualifications

• Diploma and/or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management/ Business or any related field
• A minimum of 4 years working experience in food and beverage industry/ FMCG or any related field
• In-depth knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work both collaboratively in a team and independently
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel)
