Job Description

Responsibilites:

  • Develop and maintain trusting relationships with high volume patrons to accomplish growth and company objectives.
  • Measure, track and analyze key account metrics. Ensure Rooms availability in assigned portfolio, assess why churn occurs, engage with patrons to educate them around the solutions . Company provides and act as a support function for patrons.
  • Growing company's revenue by ensuring Winback of properties which have gone in sold-out and aligning patrons to opt in for the various value added services that will impact their overall revenue.
  • Manage multiple patrons and suggest solutions that answer patron’s needs and wants. Negotiate contracts and meeting established deadlines for the fulfillment of each patron's goals.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Account Management/Business development/Sales.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Good with numbers.
  • Tech savvy and quick problem solver.
  • Knowledge in maintaining relationships with Stakeholder/Owners.

Salary: RM 4000 - RM 5500
