Responsibilities
- Responsible to manage day to day operation
- Oversee customers service team
- Drive process improvement. Review and revise SOP if needed
- Handling complaints and queries from both external (customer) & internal
- Managed collection. To ensure customers paid within credit term
- Negotiating and agreeing of new contracts
- Interact with customers on a daily basis, responding to their questions and guiding them to the appropriate service
- To develop and maintain effective client relationships, securing the long term business, maintain interests are optimized for the company.
- Coordinate administrative support to ensure that Confidentiality Agreement and Contracts & Agreements registers are properly maintained.
- Ensure comprehensive understanding of numerical and technical data related to sales and marketing.
- Providing commercial and contract management support to ensure commercial interests are optimized for the company.
- Leading and motivating a team of staff to ensure they're giving the best customer service possible.
- Set reasonable customer satisfaction goals and work towards higher customer satisfaction
- Looking for alternative methods of efficiency. Overseeing inventory accurate, loading & unloading of goods
- Coordinates activities that affect operational decisions and business requirements. Ensure smooth daily operations
- Leading pallet control team to carry out physical count and daily reconciliation.
