  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We're seeking a skilled and motivated Warehouse and Logistics Specialist to join our dedicated team. In this role, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of goods within our warehouse.

Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management: Perform tasks like inbound and return shipment monitoring, inspection and diagnostic of returns, put away and location changes, and warehouse inventory control.
  • Order Fulfillment: Efficiently pick and pack orders, perform quality assurance checks, and dispatch orders to couriers or logistics companies.
  • Warehouse Management System: Utilize our warehouse management system effectively to manage all relevant transactions and maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Warehouse Maintenance: Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse space, adhering to safety and hygiene regulations.
  • Performance & Compliance: Contribute to achieving operational goals, follow established procedures, and implement strategic plans to uphold warehouse standards.

Qualifications
  • Diploma with 3-5 years of relevant experience, additional advantage with smart device/gadgets/electrical appliances industry.
  • Proficiency in inventory and logistics software programs.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Effective written and oral communication skills in English and Malay.
  • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills with a focus on achieving results.
  • Demonstrably committed to safety and compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
