Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated Human Resources Development Specialist who will be responsible for managing and enhancing SuamiSihat's human capital. This role is pivotal in driving the company's talent acquisition strategy, ensuring talent retention, and fostering a thriving internal culture that reflects our values.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative HR Management: Handle all HR administrative tasks, including employee records, payroll processing, benefits administration, and compliance with employment laws.
  • Talent Acquisition & Retention Strategy: Develop, implement, and optimize the full Talent Acquisition Funnel—from recruitment to onboarding. Ensure we attract and retain high-performing individuals who align with our mission and values.
  • Marketing & Employer Branding: Strategize and execute initiatives to market SuamiSihat as an employer of choice. Promote the company's brand to attract top talent, making high-caliber professionals eager to join our team.
  • Internal Culture Development: Maintain and evolve the internal culture, ensuring alignment with SuamiSihat’s vision and core values. Promote a positive, high-performance environment that supports growth and collaboration.
  • Employee Engagement: Design and implement strategies that promote employee engagement, motivation, and retention. Foster strong relationships across all levels of the organization to keep employees informed, valued, and supported.
  • Learning & Development: Create and manage programs that support employee growth, continuous learning, and professional development.
  • Performance Management: Oversee performance evaluation processes, ensuring consistent feedback and career development opportunities for team members.
  • Diversity & Inclusion: Lead initiatives that cultivate a diverse and inclusive workplace

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HR, Talent Acquisition, or a similar role, preferably in a fast-growing company.
  • Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrated ability in HR administration, talent management, and culture-building.
  • Innovative Thinking: Ability to think creatively and strategically about how to attract top talent and build a thriving, inclusive culture.
  • Branding Expertise: Experience with employer branding and positioning a company as a top employer in the market.
  • Cultural Fit: Passionate about SuamiSihat's mission and able to embody the company's values in fostering a productive and healthy work environment.
