  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Purpose

Key responsibility is monitoring of multiple IT projects based on scope, cost and schedule under GT. To provide consolidated analytical reporting to business and management (GITSC, EXCO, Board) on frequent basis. Management and business to have visibility of projects under their initiatives and its progress. Responsibility covers regional projects under client across the world.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure all IT projects under GT is being monitored
  • Able to provide analytical reporting based on the consolidated project data
  • Ownership of GT Project Management Framework
  • Ensuring Project advisory and reviewer to ensure quality project/product delivery, Drive continuous process improvement based on proven industry standards.
  • To formulate any new process that deemed critical for IT future development.
  • Ownership of Regional SDLC Policy & Procedure
  • Advisory and reviewer to ensure quality project/product delivery
  • Drive continuous process improvement based on proven industry standards
  • Formulate any new process that deemed critical for IT future development.

Requirement

  • Ability to provide advice and guidelines to project teams based on Project Management Framework and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Policy & Procedure
  • Ability to grow relationship internally and externally. People Skill will be an advantage.
  • Ability to produce adhoc reporting where require
  • Ability to acquire knowledge on tools being used in GT environment
  • Good skill on Power Point will be an added advantage
  • Ability to provide guidance and direction to people under his/her reporting
