Hardware Engineer

JOB OBJECTIVE

To design and develop product that meet customer requirement.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

1. Turn electronic design into schematic, PCB layout, and finally working product that meet product specification.
2. Research, Design, Prototype build, Testing and Debugging, Product qualification.
3. Prepare technical document for design review and project update.
4. Involve in other technical related work as directed by upper management or required by the company.

AUTHORITIES

1. Product intended use, design input and output, product design specification, direct material specification and product validation.
2. Equipment, manufacturing procedures and manufacturing technologies.
3. Verification and validation of product process, tooling and equipment.
4. Strategy, priority, and timing of project or program execution.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

1. Bachelor or Master Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Engineering or equivalent.

Experience

1. Must have strong knowledge in Electronics fundamental.
2. Must have experience in electronic design.
3. Knowledge in schematic, PCB layout and circuit board troubleshooting.
4. Hand-on in electronic or hardware design experience in university/college or current work.
5. Prefer to have Experience in Analog Design. Either one or more of the following experience
6. Multimeter, Oscilloscope, small signal conditioning (in the order of uV) for measurement.

Skill

1. Able to turn electronic design into schematic, PCB layout, debug and final working product.
2. Able to performance test and measurement, and solderinig.
3. Able to Communicate with all levels.
4. Able to work independently, good analytical and problem solving skill.
5. Must be creative, innovative, resourceful, self-discipline and eager to learn new thing. And objectives & results driven.
