Reporting line: VP, Fund Operations

Accountabilities:

  • Supervise daily operations, including the processing of investments, data upload, and importation of security transactions, holdings, prices, and foreign exchange rates for unit trust funds and private mandates.
  • Coordinate with other departments to open all necessary accounts promptly before new product launches. Review and ensure the accurate and timely submission of reports to private mandate clients, regulatory bodies, and Trustees.
  • Confirm that processes, workflows, and valuations comply with regulatory guidelines and adhere to audit and risk controls.
  • Identify the need for system enhancements to improve workflow and resolve system issues with vendors promptly.
  • Perform accurate daily portfolio valuations, ensuring corporate actions, capital movements, and trade settlements are processed on time.
  • Support and educate staff on new procedures, products, and services.
  • Periodically review and evaluate trustees & custodians.
  • Manage resources efficiently for business-as-usual and new projects.

They must demonstrate proven leadership and the ability to manage change effectively.
