The Analyst, HRBP responsibility is to assist and partner with the Senior Manager, to steer & shape effective integrated talent strategy and managing organisational matters for the Renewables business division.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Partnership

• Collaborate with business leaders to understand their goals and provide HR support to achieve them
• Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives
  
  

Employee Relations

• Act as a point of contact for employees and managers, providing guidance on HR policies and procedures
• Address employee concerns and grievances in a timely and effective manner
• Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture
  
  

Talent Management

• Assist in workforce planning and talent acquisition to meet the company’s staffing needs
• Support the onboarding process and ensure new hires integrate smoothly into the organisation
  
  

Compliance and Policies

• Ensure compliance with Malaysian labor laws and regulations
• Update and maintain HR policies and procedures, ensuring they are communicated effectively to employees
• Handle disciplinary actions and terminations in accordance with company policy and legal requirements
  
  

Compensation And Benefits

• Assist in the administration of compensation and benefits programs
  
  

HR Reporting and Analytics

• Prepare and analyse HR metrics and reports to provide insights to management
• Use data to drive decision-making and improve HR processes

Required Skills/Knowledge

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline
• A minimum of 4-6 years of relevant experience, preferably from a consulting background
• Strong communication skills and a willingness to have a hands-on approach is required.
• Able to work independently and be a good team player.
• Able to work under pressure and meet submission deadlines with minimal advice.
• Highly proficient in MS Office (MS Excel & MS Powerpoint)
