- Handle daily inbound call, email and live chat to customer general enquiries, complaints, comments, feedbacks and other raising issue related to the platform services
- Work in a team to achieve the required KPI elements and SLA
- Understand customer enquiries and ensure they are answered or routed through the appropriate channel
- Demonstrate a strong customer service orientation and take responsibility to ensure customer are satisfied
- Provide appropriate solutions or alternatives in the most effective/efficient manner to resolve customers issues (cancel order, refund, payment issue, etc)
- Minimum possess at least SPM level or above
- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
- Fluent in Cantonese (speak and listen)
- Proficiency in Traditional Mandarin (read and type)
- Average English communication skill is required
- Willing to commit at 24-hour rotational work shift
- Willing to commit on 5 days work per week (with 2 rotational offday)
- Able to commit morning shift, noon shift, and night shift (9 hours work included 1 hour of break per shift)
- Able to work in Maluri, Cheras (fully on-site office)
- Preferable to start working on 23 September 2024
- Proficiency in Traditional Mandarin (read and type)
- Basic RM 3000 + RM 500 Language Allowance + Up to RM 400 Night Shift + RM 300 KPI
