The Senior Operation Executive (LTL) at Freight Mark Trans Network Sdn Bhd is responsible for supporting the Operations Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the logistics department. This role involves coordinating logistics activities, ensuring efficient and timely delivery of goods, managing warehouse operations, and leading a team to achieve operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee order processing, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and truck optimization.
Supervise daily order fulfillment and collections, addressing any issues promptly.
Manage trucking routes and schedules for cost-efficiency.
Ensure planning files, pre-delivery checklists, and order cut-off times are followed.
Support planners and maintain effective communication with internal teams and external customers.
Assist in recruiting drivers and provide periodic training.
Address driver non-compliance and maintain communication between drivers and management.
Train drivers to follow company policies, including safety regulations.
Monitor and maintain company assets, ensuring preventive maintenance is performed.
Follow SOPs in the event of accidents and monitor truck performance via GPS.
Ensure trucks comply with safety and regulatory requirements.
Resolve operational issues, verify billing, and analyze costs.
Implement corrective actions based on incidents and handle vendor transactions and invoices.
Complete ad-hoc assignments and reports for management.

Qualifications:

At least a SPM / Diploma holder in any fields

Certifications:

Relevant certifications in logistics or supply chain management are a plus.

Technical Skills:

Organized, process-orientated and the ability to work independently
Strong understanding of transportation regulations and
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyse data and generate actionable insights to improve operations. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Competency in Microsoft Office application such as Excel, Words, Powerpoint, etc.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
