JOB DESCRIPTION
We’re on the lookout for an Assistant Manager, Finance to join our innovative team and drive success in our dynamic industry.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
· Responsible for accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, journals, general ledger functions and other ad-hoc reports as required.
· Ensure transactions are posted in accounting system on a timely manner and with accuracy.
· Responsible for all aspects of accounting functions and ensuring proper maintenance of accounting transactions.
· Maintain proper filing of accounting documents for record keeping
· Liaison with internal and external auditors during audit exercise
· Liaison with company secretary on filing of statutory records and preparation of resolutions
· Liaison with tax agent relating to matters on company direct and indirect taxation
· Monitoring of bank balances and loan repayment
REQUIREMENTS
· Minimum Diploma or Degree in Finance Accounting
· Confident and objective appearance/personality
· Good interpersonal, analytical and negotiation skills
· Able to work independently, self-motivated and willing to learn.
· Good working attitude and a team player
· Clear communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts in a simpler language.
· Good command in English, verbal and written.
· Willing to work at Mont Kiara.
MINIMUM YEARS OF EXPERIENCES
· 3 - 4 years of related work experience in construction or property development industry
