  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

We are looking for a Project Management Officer to join our Technology department. In this role, you will manage and execution a diverse portfolio of digital projects, including systems implementation, CMS management, site launches, online tools, advertising campaigns, web and mobile applications.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute project plans that align with the organization’s strategic goals
  • Oversee day-to-day project execution to ensure timely and high-quality delivery
  • Lead and coordinate project teams, assigning tasks and deadlines effectively
  • Monitor project progress, reallocate resources as needed
  • Manage project budgets, ensuring alignment with approved budget
  • Ensure consistent communication with stakeholders and manage expectations
  • Identify and mitigate risks to keep projects on track
  • Produce regular reports and maintain project documentation

Requirements:

  • Degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 2 years of experience in IT/digital project management
  • Strong leadership, strategic planning and risk management skills
  • Proficiency in project management tools
  • Experience in strategic planning, risk management, change management.
  • Familiarity with PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, ITIL, Scrum Master or similar certifications is a plus
