Key responsibilities:
- Providing secretarial and administrative support to the Executive Directors and COO.
- Assist with events management, visitors management and organizing Company-activities.
- Implementing and maintaining an effective contact and filing system.
- Photocopying, binding and storing, physical or electronically, all company documents.
- Ensuring all incoming correspondence are answered quickly, taking clear and accurate messages when necessary.
- Collecting and distributing all incoming post, deliveries and documents for signing.
- Managing and booking all outgoing post and couriers.
- Supporting the administrative & secretarial team with any and all support, as assigned by your Superior/s.
- Covering diary management when required, including organising travel and accommodation.
- Handling company credit card payment processing with Finance.
- Any adhoc tasks as assigned by your Superior/s.
Essential requirements:
- Educated to Diploma holder.
- At least one year’s experience in a similar role.
- Competent with Microsoft Office suite.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.

- Adaptable approach to heavy workload.
- Good time management skills.
- Self-initiated.
