Job Description:

  • Spearhead sales and business development activities for the assigned target market by developing and implementing strategies to achieve sales objective.
  • Develop and manage a healthy pipeline of customers to drive from opportunities to short term forecast to order fulfilment.
  • Secure, manage and retain new and existing business through customer relations and services management to increase sales flow for the Company.
  • Apply account management skills to manage and identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities in the assigned accounts.
  • Aggressively drive partners to maximize sales and total partnership potential through best sales practices, training and support.
  • Take charge of sales related reporting needs and activities.

Requirements:

  • A Diploma or Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology/Business Studies/Marketing/Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3-5 years working experience in similar position as Account Manager or Channel Manager.
  • Candidate must from System Integrated and software solution selling.
  • Self-driven with goal getter and client focused mindset.
  • Resourceful, independent and a team player who works well with all levels.
  • Proven excellent sales record in various sector namely government, financial institution, GLC and corporate.
  • Good communication (in English & Bahasa Malaysia), interpersonal and customer engagement skills.
  • Hunter personality (aggressive, achievement oriented and high energy level).
  • Not a job hoping person.
