Job Title: Human Resource Intern – Recruitment

Location: Bangsar South

Reports To: HR Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Human Resource Intern with a focus on recruitment to support our talent acquisition efforts. The intern will assist in sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates, contributing to the efficiency and success of our hiring process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, and referrals.
• Review resumes and conduct initial screenings.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Post job descriptions on various platforms.
• Communicate with candidates to ensure a smooth recruitment experience.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a degree in HR or a related field.
• Enthusiastic about learning and developing skills in recruitment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in English.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office.
